Specific achievements: Sole commercial adviser for Babcock acquisition of Liquid Gas Equipment from the Weir Group. I conducted due diligence and reviewed all data room documents, while working with external legal counsel. I highlighted a crucial area of concern which changed the mechanic of the acquisition. I produced various reports for review by Group executives during their decision process.
