Responsibilities include; answering phones, processing listing and sales files daily, properly securing confidential information (clients’ personal information), making appointments between clients and agents.

Responsibilities include; securing buildings, opening buildings, responding to emergency services and calls around campus, interaction among students and staff, communication between guards via 2 way police radios, maintained a daily log, utilized patrol cars, performed building tours- routine phone checks. Underwent midnight shifts (2300-0700 or 0000-0800).

Performed data entry- gathered intelligence on shooting incidents; using Infoshare. Infoshare: Handling of Criminal Intelligence, Employs a Cross-System, Federated Inquiry, and Works in partnership with NJSP & County (Sheriff, Prosecutor), Leverages Existing / Prior NJ Investments (Criminal Justice Information Services Network, RMS, County Networks). Participation in Comstat, Hurricane Sandy, and Super bowl XLVIII meetings.

Responsibilities include; managing incidents and behavioral concerns, preformed on data system; Advocate by Simplicity- provides full integration with Microsoft Exchange and supports iCal. Residential Aid for Freshmen students. Organized Freshmen Year Experience programs; Improv and Icecream ($100 budget) over 100 students, Halloween Murder Mystery Party ($500 budget) over 100 students, Welcome Week- operating a budget of $1000. Community outreach/education programs; Community competition (1200 participants over 2 week period) intentionally serving a diverse population, $1500 operating budgets. Maintained effective relationships with building staff (Resident Director, Assistant Director, Building Assistants, Campus Police). Utilized campus resources and acted as a liaison between the hall and Campus community. This position provided me with different skills; Confidentiality, Crisis response training, received training in addressing sexual assault and domestic violence incidents, confrontation skills, incident reporting of code of conduct violation (Student Conduct Code).

Responsibilities include; solicited donations from TCNJ alumni. Maintained; updated contact information via spreadsheet (access to CAMPUSCALL which is apart of Microsoft's Windows 2003 Advanced Server, Java, and the ORACLE relational database.

Performed data entry- gathered intelligence for execution of warrants; RMS (Records Management System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Sytem), NCIC (National Instant Criminal Background Check System). Gained knowledge of the Evidence Lab- how to package, document evidence properly.
