- In charge of all invoices, checks, and bills that came through the office. Depositing checks in the bank, receiving and sending out invoices, and re-directing bills to the right department.- Organized all customer files containing personal information including, copies of all invoices, deposits, sales orders, and paperwork. - Organized computer files as well as kept an updated spreadsheet with important information for the office to use.- Ran errands for the company, both around town and up to two hours away; responsibly transporting important paperwork and money. - Updated reports daily (payments due, house changes, contractor work, date changes, etc.) on how each customer’s house was coming, keeping track of 40+ different clients at a time both psychically and on an online spreadsheet.- Kept insurance up to date for the contractors (80+) used for different jobs, calling the businesses and/or insurance companies to get their liability information for our records.- Cleaned and decorated lot model homes, watered the flowers, made new posters and signs for the houses, and moved all furniture in and out of storage each time a new house would come or go.

- Took phone calls, answered questions, made reservations, and helped with take-out orders. - Organized who sat where throughout the restaurant to ensure that those with reservations had a table, and to know if/how many walk-ins were available.- Took customers to their tables, letting them know what the specials were, and got them water. - Brought food out to them and took the plates away when they were finished. Then clean and reset the table for the next group.- Polished wine glasses, cocktail glasses, and silverware that I would roll into napkins to set out on the table. - Afterhours chores – sweeping, mopping, bleaching, bathrooms, tables, chairs, floors

Empathizing and helping children who need to be heard.- Organizing fundraisers, parties, and events; both for the company and individual children.- Answered phone calls and emails, and helped with tasks such as copying, printing, faxing, etc. - Kept all information confidential and free of judgment- Created spreadsheets to track all information; keeping it organized and secure.- Graphic Design - Designed and printed brochures, flyers, business cards, etc. that all had the same font/theme/aesthetic to make everything more cohesive.
