With our customer/end users, I advised operating room managers on optimizing block utilization to improve overall revenue and decrease wasted resources. I have also supported other customers by providing at the elbow field support during high-stress go-lives for 20+ hospitals by addressing questions and issue escalationInternally on my team I have revamped the 6-month internal application training program to equip 50 new hires with tools for success.
