I manage the HHA database and ensure all information is input correctly. I make sure all personal attendants are clocking in to the right client at the correct time. If need be, I also put in any substitutes for clients whose worker is unable to come in. I also help with other aspects around the office, such as reviewing case management and nursing charts to ensure accuracy and any other odd jobs that may need done. I answer phone calls and transfer them to the correct staff member in a prompt manner.

I worked with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking. I assisted with protective orders via magistrate court. I also assisted clients with making a service plan to outline their needs and goals in their search for independence from their abusive partners. I also have formal training and experience in crisis situations and hotline calls. We helped clients find housing along with gainful employment and provide various resources to both clients and the community. I maintained routine contact with coworkers regarding shelter activity and ensure the shelter is safe for clients, and clean. I also worked with outside sources to get our new, shelter-wide client database operational. My primary role was providing excellent customer service as a cashier for both front counter and drive thru registers. I would take customer orders and prepare their drinks. I also learned how to do line work, which was prepping and preparing the menu items. After six months, I was promoted to Team Trainer and my responsibilities with that included training newly hired workers on the various job duties.

I cleaned patient rooms, as well as other hospital areas such as nursing stations, waiting rooms and hallways. I made sure linen carts were always full and dirty linens were removed promptly.
