Client portfolio includes PMC-Sierra, Canaccord Financial Inc., public mining companies, and large private companies in both the retail and real estate industries.• Specified knowledge and experience working under compliance for SEC registrants and other regulatory bodies such as FINRA (US), IIROC (Canada), US GAAP and IFRS. • Proven management capabilities and team leadership skills through directing global client portfolios and work experience gained as part of managing international teams at Ernst &Young.

• Lead senior accountant for audit teams of public companies, financial service clients (Brokers/Investment Dealers), and exploration and development companies• Specified knowledge and experience working under compliance for SEC registrants, TSX and other regulatory bodies such as FINRA (US), IIROC (Canada), ASIC (Australia)

Nine month secondment acting as the Reporting Group Lead for a global consolidation project, dealing with system conversion.

Ernst & Young summer internship program, working in the assurance practice on the audits of private and public companies.
