I believe my unique background of discipline and service allows me to do that in ways that others cannot. A native of East Texas, I was born in Lufkin and graduated from Huntington High School. I attended the United States Military Academy at West Point and, upon graduation, commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. I served on active duty for seven years, both domestically and abroad, including two combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. In transitioning from the Army, I became a manager in the logistics industry.I came to Edward Jones in 2013 because I wanted to help individual investors make informed decisions on how to achieve their financial goals. I have always loved the sense of community in East Texas, and I jumped at the opportunity to come back to Lufkin and use my skills as a financial advisor to contribute and give back to the community here.I live in in Huntington with my husband, Todd, and two children. I serve with several local organizations, including the local Veterans of Foreign Wars Post.
