My position at Crusader Vehicles was to work with the Director to setup and implement a car sales channel within a Van sales company. I am responsible, for managing existing customers for their car needs as well as finding new customers, for locating vehicles at competitive pricing and upload to the company’s sales and customer websites, Manage all new car leads generated from the website from first contact to delivery, to advise on customers various finance options to find the best suited package for the customer’s needs, to work in a compliant way and inline with FCA and GDPR guidelines. I work with external system developers to improve and implement a new CRM system, this involves testing, finding faults, suggesting improvements and training internal sales colleagues for the system switch.

Selling ancillary products such as Rental Services, Accident Management and Driver Risk. Manage and review customer’s fleets, advise on mileage adjustments to offer the best value, manage renewals and fine trends. Attend and host customer meetings for existing and potential customers. Manage and mentor the SME sales team, conduct performance reviews, manage team’s rota and holidays, represent the team within management meetings, resolve escalated complaints, and implement operational changes within the SME team.
