I have experience in business to consumer sales and really enjoy helping people find exactly what fits their needs. When I show customers my passion and confidence in what I am selling, I have found that they are more likely to trust me enough to form an interpersonal relationship which I feel is important in business. I often take initiative while in a team environment and value working together to make something even better. I can communicate and listen clearly to ensure everyone is on the same page which is essential for maintaining a good relationship throughout the assignments or tasks that is required during the day.I would like to gain experience in real estate as I like to be creative, I always like a challenge, and I have a passion for making people feel heard as well as happy. I am a very organized, hard-working, problem solver that brings a positive light to any workplace and hopefully someday I will be able to use those traits as well as servant leadership to create an amazing experience for employees!
