Manages the Learning Management System (LMS) for St. Charles Health System. ● Responsible for building and implementing a new LMS. Implementation includes training stuff and managers according to roles in the LMS.● Designs eLearning courses in collaboration with subject matter experts. Topics include: (LIST 3)● Works collaboratively with course authors to adapt classroom course to online environment. Produces these courses using Captivate 8.● Responsible for eLearning assignments of over 3600 caregivers.● Accountable for producing learning compliant reports and transcripts used during learning strategy meetings and Joint Commission or other regulatory agencies requests.● Responsible for all in-service attendance, staff meetings and outside educationrecords.● Administers all Leadership Development courses: updates and prepares materials, coordinates facilitators and provides department leadership with data results from course evaluation to continuously improve programs.● Creates and maintains course curriculums

Communicates OD and Education information including but not limited to organizational change, integrated talent management, leadership development, management training and all other OD and Education programs and initiatives provided by St Charles Healthcare. Provides administrative support to OD and Education department leadership in support of HR activities.Works with managers and supervisors and other Caregivers to identify, develop and coordinate Education and OD efforts.

Assists recruiters with recruitment and selection process. Provides clerical support to the Human Resources Recruiting Department.
