Responsible for managing and developing Business Development Executives (BDE) and Client Executives (CE). Processed bankruptcies and estates. Billed out claim forms and processed denials and refunds as they came in.

Set up patient information. Bill out to insurance, whether electronically or paper claims. Follow up on any and all unpaid claims using patient and insurance aging reports. Create month end production reports for the client (to show them where we stand on collection). Work very closely with the clinic's administration to make it as smooth as possible from patient interaction to finalizing the payment of the bill.

Initiate workers compensation bill review process and accurately identify data from claim form. Efficiently review medical bills and reports for accuracy and completeness. Identify and enforce jurisdictional regulatory billing standards. Issue appropriate correspondence to billing parties in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
