CurrentServing at Coco has been such a positive experience. This was the first job where there was no type of management on board. Besides the wonderful owner, the restaurant ran itself. I’ve learned a lot about myself working here. One of my main takeaways is the confidence I have gained in knowing what I bring to the table (literally and figuratively) as an employee. I’m dependable, efficient, flexible, and I can adapt to change in any situation. Regardless, if there Is sight or no oversight, my work ethic remains the same. When it comes to exercising excellent hospitality, it is crucial to pay attention to details and know not only who, but what you are serving at all times. Building a rapport with customers and making them feel valued in such a way where they look forward to coming back for the consistent high- quality service and of course the amazing food is the only way to have a successful restaurant in Buffalo.
