Currently an LPC-S working towards appraisal privileges. I have been licensed since 2018. I have experience as a Director Of Education with a demonstrated history of working in the mental health care industry. I am currently working as a Behavioral Health Director-Provider which has entailed working with the established social services and health departments to procure a multimillion dollar grant. I am working collaboratively with the health and social services departments to design and implement the CHAMP (Choctaw Health and Mental Partnership) program with the goal of providing integrated behavioral health services to tribal members, their families, and JBCI employees. I am skilled in research, program design and implementation, employee management, customer service, microsoft word, psychotherapy, billing and coding for mental health care, credentialing, marketing and building a care network, and teaching. I am a strong program and project management professional with a Master of Arts (MA) focused in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern State University and a Master of Education (MEd) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.
