Blue Ridge Automation is an Industrial Automation Systems Integrator that provides quality Process Systems and Automation Engineering, primarily within the food and beverage industry. In this role, I built and maintained customer relationships, sought to understand projects' scope of work, created various proposals, facilitated business growth, created marketing collateral, owned the company LinkedIn and external communications, and improved commercial operations. I also sourced, screened, and hired Controls Engineers, Electrical Designers, and other skill sets to satisfy internal and customer needs.

Aerotek is part of Allegis Group® Inc., the largest staffing company in the U.S. and the fourth largest staffing company in the world. In this role, I worked directly with companies to provide Contract Engineers and Engineering Services, while managing a team of recruiters. I also led our Diversity & Inclusion team, Women's Professional Development initiatives, and internal mentorship program.

In this role, I interfaced with clients to schedule appointments, communicated company objectives and project quotes; developed and mailed customer quotes and invoices using MS Office suite, entered accounting items into clerical system and audited entries. Olympia Candy Kitchen is a family-owned and operated Soda Fountain in downtown Goshen, IN. Olympia is a community staple for breakfast, lunch, and hand-made chocolates. In this role, I built relationships and networked with co-workers and regular patrons, served food and drinks from the soda fountain, packaged and displayed hand-made candies, and provided friendly and exceptional customer service.
