• Execute all phases of the audit process including planning, substantive testing, financial analysis, internal control compliance, and presentation of findings to management.• Design and execute detailed analytical procedures and ratio analyses to assess financial statement account fluctuations, risks, and deviations from budgeted or actual amounts by creating expectations for data trends.• Test comprehensive valuations and financial models for reasonableness.• Observe and make inquiries of Controllers, Senior Vice Presidents, and other key financial personnel.• Assist with the preparation and review of 10-K and 10-Q filings for various clients, including drafting of footnote disclosures for both publicly held and private companies.• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with team members and client personnel in pressure-filled environments on many different engagements.
