• Assist over 145 Field Representatives and General Agents in maintaining their client’s financial portfolios in a Guardian General Agency setting• Communicate with corporate regarding all policyholder services including but not limited to: submitting change and claim requests, payments and illustrations for in force policies.• Responsible for assisting agents/brokers with application preparation and submitting all New Business for Life Brokerage and Disability Insurance cases to Guardian. • In charge of ordering medical labs for clients, scheduling appointments and ordering APS reports from treating physicians for Underwriting purposes.• Communicate with licensing/contracting to verify agent credentials.• Assist in reassigning orphan policyholders to active agents in our firm. • Aid the Disability department in monthly reporting to our GA’s and audits.

• Managing customer and agent calls effectively and efficiently, while ensuring superior customer service by addressing concerns, demonstrating empathy, and resolving problems during each call.• Educating clients and agents on the functionality of each unique policy contract, as well as advising on policy administrative services including but not limited to: taking payments, policy changes and sending out necessary forms and letters• Responsible for managing all online inquiries for clients• Recipient of several perfect Dalbar call reviews acknowledging dedication to excellent customer service and a member of the Top Performers Leadership board
