Latinas Think Big (LTB) is a career accelerator that uses in-person and online platforms to equip Latina women with resources and mentorship to succeed in entrepreneurship and business. Responsibilities included:-Coordinating the schedule and professional portfolio of the CEO.-Managing Consumer Communications for online membership platform to maximize user experience and utilization.-Contributing to the coordination and planning of business and marketing strategies through the use of Google Analytics and SEO strategies.-Managing the membership and curate the content of LTB’s Facebook group (15,000+ members).-Event planning for LTB summits (e.g. NYC, California and Boston): coordinating registration, distinguished guests, promotion and marketing, etc.

-Promoted to head guard after displaying strong leadership and communication skills the year before. -Strengthened decision-making skills.-In charge of the well-being of both pool residents and a lifeguard staff of 9.-Created weekly schedules for staff of 10.

Elected member for my residential hall Student Council at SUNY Geneseo. Suffolk Hall Council represented and organized events for over 200 residents. Responsibilities included:-Event promotion and information dissemination.-Managed social media efforts.-Representing the students of Suffolk Hall in decision-making and important community initiatives.-Head coordinator for fundraising event, raising more than $500+ for Livingston County’s Mobile Food Pantry.
