Oversee the process of interviewing, hiring and onboarding staff. Ensure that reference checks and required background checks are completed and reviewed in accordance with company policies and licensing regulations. Participate in administration of and implementation of programs to promote and inclusive and positive work environment and engage and retain staff. Keep team focused and motivated by offering balanced, constructive feedback at regular intervals, rewarding successful outcomes, and addressing poor performance. Develop team members by providing individualized support including goal setting, recognition and training. Manage all aspects of marketing and enrollment. Develop the budget in conjunction with Regional Manager and Budget Analyst. Establish center salary grid in conjunction with Budget Analyst. Manage center spending and labor hours in accordance with budget. Actively monitor financial performance, including monthly P&L and accounts receivable, and complete all required financial reporting. Maintain accurate and current financial records. Manage 45 staff members.

My responsibilities include managing staff, interacting with parents, marketing for new programs, ensuring the center is at full capacity throughout the year, and managing finances for the center.
