I'm passionate about creating more paths for BIPOC women+ in STEAM. As a WIT Girls mentor, I specifically support high school students interested in technology and design. Students receive one-on-one support via lesson plans and activities designed around their unique interests and goals.

I lead research, discovery, and experience design for consumer and employee-facing efforts. In this role, I worked with cross-functional teams to define goals, constraints, scope, and KPIs. Much of my work focused on safety, training, and operations solutions – from gamified awareness modules to a pilot program for VR safety training. Process artifacts include, but aren't limited to: foundational and user research, performance audits, insight reports, content mapping, wireframes, flows, prototypes, etc.

I introduced and developed the role that design thinking now plays across agency workflow. By aligning content and creative with user and business goals, I was able to demonstrate the value of supporting projects with UX recommendations early and often. This lead me to eventually take on a more dedicated UX role.Primary Responsibilities: Production and management of print & digital brand assets for several brand accounts (product renders, display and print ads, branding, etc). Editorial, tradeshow, and packaging design. Multi-channel onboarding, awareness, and change management campaigns.
