Depending on the business impact, we work with Corporate Marketing, 84.51, and Kroger Loyalty teams to establish the best ways to market or target information to the customer. This includes launching clinical initiatives, such as annual flu campaigns, new or updated customer-facing pharmacy solutions or services, and more.Using my past Process Change and Pharmacy Systems/Operations experience, I also assist in the management of pharmacy-related projects, coaching of others on process change and project management, and the people development within the department (powerpoint, facilitating meetings, organization, project management, interviewing, management, etc).
