Process improvement, change management, end user training and supportAs part of my work in digital transformation for KCI, the early phases of a project include focusing on areas of process improvement, requirements gathering and finding the right solution for the need. I enjoy the time spent engaging with process owners to identify current challenges and pain points, workflow requirements, user stories and outlining key factors of the end user experience.
