I am a curious person, who loves challenges, I am always eager to learn and therefore I don't like routine. In my past working years I have learned the fundamentals of a company and how to be successful. Starting with my experience in the customer service area as an agent to my most recent work experience which is the annual budgeting and costing of projects. Thanks to that, I have been able to learn to understand the part of the customer as well as the company, not only to understand that without customers the company is not successful, and therefore we must always provide the best customer service and be aware of customer satisfaction, but also how to make our budget is not affected by internal processes and therefore know when to optimize processes or eliminate them. In addition, it is important to always keep in mind that annual budgets are made to achieve the company's profit quota and always try to reduce expenses in order to use the money in other resources that benefit the company.
