• Analyse SSBT, FOBT and Chip and Pin figures against retail till data and investigate any discrepancies.• Escalate discrepancies to Area Teams when necessary.• Resolve all shop staff and customer service queries in a timely manner. • Liaise with other departments within Head Office. • Contact our processing bank to stop Chip and Pin purchases or reverse payment back to cards when needed.• Have a good understanding of Excel and using formulas.
