Managed the performance of a small team to deliver end-to-end change management for the RIO Program. This was an Agile, multi-year IT Program to harmonise all IP right processes and systems onto one platform. I undertook extensive sponsor stakeholder engagement, planning, reporting and development of high level change management documentation and communications. I scheduled and executed change activities, including change readiness assessments, gap and impact assessments. In parallel, I coordinated the development of the IT system Applications and Support Transition Plan (ASTP), undertook incident management and communicated business and technical support requirements to business and the Program.
