  The Swim Coach Network, Streamline Teams, serves as a vital link within the swim community, connecting everyone from lesson instructors to Olympic coaching professionals. We concentrate on supporting high school, college, and club coaches by providing valuable resources, including articles authored by coaches, virtual events, and professional development opportunities tailored to the swim coaching community. I developed a board of esteemed coaches in each division within swimming to express community and regional needs, and we facilitate educational development based on their recommendations. This collaborative effort aims to enhance the overall coaching experience and promote growth within the sport.Locally, I developed an innovative swim academy model aimed at reducing drowning rates within my community. I employed several part-time coaches and trained them to conduct lessons for infants as young as six months, extending all the way to adult classes. Each lesson was designed with a focus on competitive swimming, contributing to the growth of the athlete base at the grassroots level across the state.
