Program Coordinator
Current•Develop and implement outreach and communication programs and campaigns for all sites under the Center for Family Medicine with a target audience of patients. •Develop, organize, and disseminate innovative programs and materials in conjunction with the School of Medicine’s Marketing and Communication Office. •Assist all Center for Family Medicine sites in planning and evaluating of recruitment activities for patients, residents, and faculty. •Assist in development of recruitment polices for Center for Family Medicine. •Serve as liaison with the School of Medicines Marketing office to develop and evaluate outreach and advertising materials to insure consistency with SIU Medicine brand for websites, news releases, traditional and digital publications, exhibits, and other media communication vehicles. •Work closely with institutional communications team members and contributors to identify, pursue, write, and edit relevant marketing materials and to facilitate campaign goals. •Track and analyze website and social media statistics for reporting to the Governing Board.•Staff the Advocacy Committee of the FQHC Governing Board to determine priorities for federal, state, and organizations support as well as philanthropy. •Develop outreach and marketing objectives for each region and short and long-term plans with regards to marketing and advertising.•Generate and present quarterly outreach and marketing reports for the FQHC Board of Directors meetings. •Development and oversight of the central outreach and marketing budget and identify top priorities for use of funds. •Establish and cultivate relationships with the individual communities where Center for Family Medicine sites are located and assist with identification of new partnerships. •Coordinate and supervise efforts of site representatives and serve as the point of contact for the School of Medicine’s marketing office. •Oversee outreach and marketing-related department equipment.
