Working with local artists in the Atlanta area to partner with Winship Cancer Institute in growing the Arts in Health program. This program allows patients, staff members and visitors to perform and observe different types of art, which research has shown to improve overall health during treatment. Through this program the hope is to increase the mental, physical and emotional status of patients receiving cancer treatment.
