I believe that encouragement is oxygen for the soul and I am dedicated to building positive relationships through empowerment, motivation, and partnership. I possess an immense passion for education, people development, health and wellness, fitness, sports, and encouragement because of their ability to change lives. This passion served as the impetus behind my doctoral research, which focused on the impact of servant leadership and the cultivation of self-actualization in Division I student-athletes. I am a culture shifter with a people-centric approach. I am an advocate for creating environments that support people in thriving and finding joy while meeting and exceeding goals that are in alignment with the organizational mission, vision, and values.
