As a recent civil engineering graduate from UW-Milwaukee, I have a strong interest and knowledge in renewable energy and water resources. I completed several courses and projects on these topics, such as environmental sustainability, applied hydrology and hydraulic analysis, and using CAD software for conceptual design and modeling of wastewater treatment facilities.In addition to my academic background, I have hands-on experience in wastewater treatment, where I worked as a water treatment operator for the City of New Bern for over a year. I collaborated with city engineers and technicians to test and analyze wastewater samples, operate and maintain the treatment plant, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations. I also have more than six years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry, where I honed my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I delivered excellent service to customers, handled stressful and difficult situations, and trained new employees. I am driven, goal-oriented, and positive, and I always strive to give my best effort in any task or challenge. I am actively seeking career opportunities in civil engineering, where I can apply my skills and passion to contribute to sustainable and innovative solutions for the environment and society.
