"The Barrett Premedical Scholars Program nurtures humanitarian instincts and introduces premedical students to the breadth and diversity of medical practice. - Vanderploeg Luminosity Scholars Program - Lead a team of 11 to develop solutions providing healthcare access for individuals experiencing homelessness to obtain healthcare -Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.- Participate in learning opportunities through weekly meetings and team collaborations- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and charters

- Assist in community impact projects and launching new initiatives that address social determinants of health- Conduct research and development materials to assess community needs and increase awareness surrounding the healthcare accessibility and foundation initiatives- Research of funding and grant opportunities to support Foundation mission- Data entry and analysis, correspondence, project and event planning, volunteer recruitment
