As an Assistant and Ps from Aeropostale, my job is to merchandise our store. I'm in charge of running launches and making sure that our floor is a 100 percent ready to go for our customers and follow the guide lines given. I also assist the Store Manager in running our sales/business, as well ask making sure we are tracking our KPIs. I also have experience/ played the role of acting SM.

At Deb Shops, INC I was in charge of helping run the store in numbers, customer service, as well as helped act as acting SM.

At Wetseal, I helped ensure we were meeting our store goal numbers and well as manage our staff , Helped in floor sets, as well as processing payroll.
