The Assistant Program Director (APD) is responsible for assisting the Program Director with the oversight and monitoring of various aspects of program operations. Additionally, the APD will provide guidance, support and counsel to the residential managers. The APD will participate in community activities/internal committees pertinent to the programs and agency. The APD is responsible for creating and fostering a culture of high ethical standards.
