• Prepare for appointments by pulling and refiling patient folders, confirming appointments via phone, copying files for insurance records, and energetically greeting guests with proper paperwork to best prepare the office and them for the visit• Prepare doctor’s patients by taking vitals, testing vision and field sight, recording glasses prescription and refract index, sanitizing rooms, and relaying all information on EMR and light systems to create an efficient flow of patients in the office
