• Operates Telephone Switchboard• Inputs new hires, transfers, and terminations into PVault • Transmits Information and Documents using Computers, Mail, and Facsimile• Orders and maintains office supplies• Scans accounts payable invoices into the appropriate departments• Organize employee files• Input employees into the system• Schedules meetings and make catering arrangements• Sorts the daily mail and faxes
