As an AE Medic, my priority is to provide patient care on military aircrafts while bringing patients from forward locations or other air bases to domestic military hospitals for further treatment.

In my position as marketing director, I was in charge of designing and hosting multiple shows, and show series, social media marketing, and various internal and external marketing activities. My main duties included:- Executing the marketing and advertising of every aspect of horse shows by utilizing various forums such as social media, web forums, local venues, etc. - Personally obtained show sponsors, both corporate and private, to contribute prizes, money, and additional support for events. - Overall show management including but not limited to: designing show prize lists, organizing show entries, developing horse show data entry computer programs, and running the in-gate. As an assistant trainer, the training and schooling of performance horses was the highest priority. Maintaining healthy and happy horses through routine horse care was of the utmost importance. Other duties in this role included show preparation (for horses, humans, and facilities), overall management and functionality of the barn, and attending to client and barn owner's needs as necessary.

Headed every aspect of horse shows for the Oregon State IHSA team, including hosting home shows and organizing away shows. In addition, contributing activities included: - Creating contracts for facility use, judges, safety staff, vendors, etc. - Budgeting for home and away shows including expected participants and revenue, outgoing expenses, budgeting for emergencies, and other miscellaneous expenses. - Creating and submitting team entries for away shows. - Organizing entries for home shows from participating schools and used those to create detailed show programs. - Budgeting for and booking travel arrangements including hotels, flights, rental vehicles and other necessary accommodations related to away shows

As the team captain and president of the Oregon State IHSA team, I coordinated every aspect of team functionality. My main duties included:- finance/budgeting- public relations- recruiting- horse show management- travel planning- team sponsorship acquisition, and - team management for 25+ membersAs a result of my hard work and commitment in this role, the Oregon State IHSA team saw its first appearance in five years at the IHSA Hunt Seat Nationals Horse Show in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania in May 2014, following a Regional Championship and a Zone 8 Reserve Championship.
