Oversee and report on all projects within the Real Estate, Design, Construction and Maintenance enterprise— working to streamline all teams, communicate/mitigate risks, set expectations and track for project milestones and KPIs, and create executive reports.

As the design manager, I am responsible for all aspects of planning, budgeting and execution for interior design projects in the organization for both Corporate and Retail. For Corporate, I not only was responsible for overseeing larger projects but also managing the design team members and their subsequent projects, along with the architects and vendors to ensure the team meets all deadlines and deliverables. I worked with all internal department leaders to understand their needs and scope of work and ensure efficient, accurate, and cost-effective implementation of the project plan. I regularly communicated with department leads and Signet leadership, providing regular status and budget updates and handling any questions or changes.For Retail, I work hand in hand with the Director of Design to ensure all store projects remain on schedule and within budget for the year. I manage the architects to ensure all construction documents reflect the latest prototype and all deliverables are approved by landlords to ensure a successful store build. In addition to project management, I also aid the Director in the designs of the future for all store brands.

As interior designer, I was responsible for spatial planning, preliminary budgets, managing architects and vendors for all approved internal design projects. Along with project management, I created renderings, finish schemes/boards, custom graphics for wall art, and other creative duties as projects required.

At ADA Architects as an Interior Designer and Autocad/Revit Technician, my skills and expertise were used in space-planning, drafting construction documents, specifications, rendering, custom furniture design, color, textiles and lighting.
