Quality Control Specialist that focused on deep diving, identifying root causes, and determining/implementing organizational changes to resolve quality barriers. Investigated associate driven defects that contribute to quality errors while engaging and coaching associates to better understand their barriers, which leads to decreases in defects and increases in quality and productivity. Past additional experience from positions of managing flow for first-rate, record-setting productivity in Amazon's multi-unit inbound, outbound, and quality operations. Shift planning for 200+ employees across these areas for the robotics platform at the number one Amazon Fulfillment Center in the network. Some of my personal successes include inventing a process to find missing inventory in RSP that focuses on correct research and identifying masterpack stow errors, while breaking a record for 0 units of IOL dwelling over 24 hours in RSP. After rolling out my IOL initiative, my shift showed a 105% improvement in reducing the amount of two-day IOL left at end of shift. My process changes saved TPA1 over $250,000 in the initial sixteen-day trial period and increasingTPA1 High Defect Supplier Coaching submissions by 404% from Week 37 to Week 46, ranking TPA1 #1 in the AR Sortable network for total submissions while maintaining a 92.3% accuracy rate, through highlighting the importance and long-term advantage of submissions, while holding Problem Solvers accountable via quarterly communication efforts.
