I have been working in the restaurant service industry for 15 years. I entered the restaurant management field a little over 5 years ago as an internal promotion from a server to an Assistant Manager for Bob Evans. One of the most major accomplishments​ at Bob Evans was taking the guest loyalty index from a low 80's to a 98% as a manager. Guest loyalty and satisfaction are always the number one goal and priority. I truly loved the years spent there, with the last of my 13 months as an Assistant Manager, but the growth potential was limited. I then was offered an opportunity to work for Buffalo Wild Wings as a Front of House manager. I spent my first year as a FOH manager and then soon was promoted to Operations General Manager. My greatest accomplishment for BWW, in the 2.5 years while working there, was raising over $3800 at a one day event to support our local boys and girls club; together as a team. I learned and absorbed so much in working with Buffalo Wild Wings and I am always searching for ways to grow and expand my knowledge of the industry. I have since joined an amazing team and a company that is truly like a second family to me. I joined Viva Chicken in January of 2018 as a Front of House Manager and got internally promoted to General Manager. Viva has taught me how to strengthen and grow my managerial skills. I have discovered ways to bridge generation gaps that are vital to today's industry. I have become very comfortable with restaurant operations, applying p&l data to sales and forecasts, and daily, monthly, and fiscal operations. Guest satisfaction and team member focus are still major reasons for my success.I love representing a brand and living and teaching our core values. Loyalty and brand representation are important to me. I have a very broad set of skills that are both self taught and absorbed from others and I'm looking to move the needle in a positive direction as a General Manager in the Restaurant/ Service Industry.
