In my role as Voalte Mobile Application Administrator (VMAA) Manager I oversee a remote team of 11 and growing. The VMAA is a specialized position that Voalte offers to premier accounts where we provide an onsite support specialist to manage and oversee the successful implementation of our products. Our goal is to improve patient care and streamline clinical workflow solutions with Voalte’s enterprise-wide mobile healthcare communication solutions while driving customer-focused operational excellence across our technical services organization.
