I was a freelance audio transcriptionist through Rev.com. I specialized in transcribing audio for business use, market research, and education. I transcribed each piece of audio according to the default style-guide unless otherwise specified by the customer. I had a 5.0 accuracy and a 100% committal rating (the target average is 4.5 for accuracy and the target committal rating is 80%), and I was promoted out of training ahead of schedule.

I produced social media content for PTP Turbo Blankets, optimized internal documents and ensured the preservation of brand message on all external marketing material. I coordinated with PTP's GM and marketing manager on marketing and sponsorship application materials for PTP's race program. I won three sponsorships, including twin GTX35 turbos from Garrett and twin GTX35 turbos with custom Xona Rotor exhaust housings from TiAL, as well as a full exhaust sponsorship for PTP's shop Nissan GT-R from Magnaflow. I organized presentation material presented to Snap-On, and designed the infographic for PTP's Nissan GT-R Heat Management Kit. Later in my time with PTP, I also managed shop inventory, organized orders for shipment, shipped online customer and dealer purchase orders, and managed accounts receivable through Intuit QuickBooks.

Bazaarvoice employs a team of content moderators to moderate user-generated content in real-time. I reviewed content through the content moderation system and rejected or approved content based on usability and appropriateness. Content could not be rejected or approved based on positive or negative experience, but could be rejected for vacuous content, extensive shipping or customer service complaints, and legal issues. Our goal was 65,000 characters an hour, and when I left the position I was in the lowest fail rate bracket and in the highest pay tier.

I was responsible for assisting the head Fencing coach with the daily drills and routines for Olympic-style Fencing. I kept students on task and provided another pair of eyes for evaluation and safety. I also filled in as a substitute teacher during weeks where the head coach traveled for tournaments for the United States Fencing Association. I ran after school practice during tournament season as well.

As an R/G, it was my responsibility to ensure that student records for tests and quizzes taken on par-score grading sheets were accurate and up to date. I also offered students the opportunity to make up quizzes and tests, provided they met the eligibility criteria on the syllabus. I tallied and reported attendance records as per university policy. My work load was 30-300 students a semester.
