• Full cycle recruiting for all intern positions for our Tax, Audit, Advisory, Information Assurance and Information Technology teams. • Travel to Aprio’s strategic campuses for events throughout the year with heavy attendance January - March and August – October. • Plan and attend on-campus recruiting events such as Career Fairs, socials, presentations, on campus interviews, etc. at specified campuses to fill intern positions.• Build and maintain relationships with college career services departments, faculty, and internal stakeholders on campus. • Maintain recruiting tracking databases for statistical analysis on all campus hires, intern conversions, branding ROI, and on-boarding effectiveness for Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham offices, IAS team and IT team.• Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an active candidate pipeline for the Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham offices. • Establish partnerships with department leaders for Southeast offices, IAS team and IT team.• Communicate expectations to Aprio college recruiting teams for my campuses.• Plan and manage Aprio HeadStart program.• Assist with planning, management and execution of Summer Leadership Conferences. • Assist with management and execution of Aprio internship program in Atlanta, Nashville and Birmingham offices. • Assist with and attend intern activities throughout internship to ensure positive experience for all interns included but not limited to volunteer activities, happy hours, team building events. • Manage performance review process for interns. • Provide additional assistance to recruiting team, as necessary for events.
