With over 24 years of military medicine experience, I am a qualified defence trainer, I had been a medical instructor for 4 years managing the medical technicians courses within the Defence Medical Services in Stafford. I now apply my knowledge and skills to the training governance and assurance team and have gained the defence training auditor qualification, identifying irregularities within the course content and ensuring that the training standards and requirements of both defence and Ofsted are maintained, specializing on the franchised external medical qualifications courses, with knowledge and experience in the practice/equipment management sectors. I am currently studying Comptia Security + for a career transition into the IT/Cybersecurity sector, upon completing the Azure Cloud and Comptia Network+ certifications.I am excited to pursue a new career filled with new and challenging opportunities in IT, Quality and Assurance and the Training sectors.
