As a TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) at Roseville City School District, I support the implementation of high-quality instruction and assessment for English learners and other diverse student groups. I collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and present data that informs instructional decisions and improves student outcomes. I also design and deliver professional development and coaching sessions that enhance teachers' knowledge and skills in culturally responsive pedagogy and data literacy.My passion for education and equity stems from my previous roles as a classroom teacher and an ELD (English Language Development) Specialist at Fremont Unified School District, where I advocated for underserved populations and differentiated instruction to meet their diverse needs. I hold a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University Stanislaus. I also have a TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) Certificate and a Google Data Analytics Certificate, which demonstrate my commitment to lifelong learning and my proficiency in data analysis and problem solving. I am eager and quick to learn new tools and strategies that can help me grow as an educator and a data analyst.
