I am a Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist supporting clients on their precious life's journey, be that for purposes of self-exploration or dealing with crises that may arise. I believe that whatever our symptoms are - addiction, depression, anxiety, psycho-somatic ailments etc - they are a communication from our higher Selves, beckoning us towards our wholeness, who we truly are. Psychosynthesis is a psychology of depth, psycho-spiritual, and often referred to as a "Psychology of Love and Will".I am also engaged in energy work (EFT) including training and supervising practitioners and therapists.
