Mölnlycke is devoted to creating top of the line healthcare solutions for all patients and is proven to be effective everyday.Sr. Graphic Designer tasks and responsibilities include designing the following marketing collateral and materials for both customer facing and internal use:- Brochures, flyers, product sheets, posters, direct mail pieces and t-shirts- Newsletters, Product Application Guides, Logos, PPT presentations- Animated brochures (via Ceros), social media and trade show graphicsOther responsibilities include:• Provide a strong visual presence for the online consumer market such as Amazon and CVS• Strong ability to absorb, prepare and execute strategic objectives established through the creative brief to ensure marketing objectives are met. Then team with outside creative agencies as art director when needed on photo shoots to ensure company graphic standards and messaging are consistent. • Collaborate with product marketing managers and digital marking managers to help build effective strategies of call to action in order to build strong relationships with customers.• Partner with Human Resources and Leadership team to develop ongoing internal communications for employees to utilize • Design large eye catching visuals for major events such as trade shows and internal company events• Lead, implement and manage new processes which consists of transitioning static printed pieces into digital automated customizable educational tools and collateral. Allowing sales reps to offer additional value to our customers.• Provide support to business resource groups

• Conduct consultations for all walk-in stationary customers.• Design, quote and fully assemble all wedding print materials.• Design logos, business cards and assist with other intensive print projects when needed.

• Build, design and populate layouts of all ads using direction provided by art director.• Collect, prep and place all photography sent from the studio.• Coordinate with the account executive, proofing, assigned creative team and creative directors to insure all graphic requirements are met and corrections the client may need are applied.• Meet all deadlines for the client that are set for the day by trafficking.• Properly generate PDFs to send to the client, once all work is approved by all supervisors.• Packaging, preflight and collecting files to release to the printer and client.

• Prepped, updated and organized special promotions to be placed in all ads.• Teamed with account executives, creative directors and project managers to assist in creative projects.• Teamed with other production artists and designers to implement layout ideas.• Re-sized and redesigned layouts for alternate sized ads and created paths when needed for any images.• Proofread all ads to ensure they maintain graphic standards specified by the client.
