After a year with the company, I was moved into a senior-level role to develop a comprehensive data strategy aligned with evolving legislation, ensuring compliance with the Transparency In Coverage Rule and the use of Machine Readable Files (MRFs) for our TPA clients. In this capacity, I focus on collaboration with multiple teams across the organization as we identify, obtain, and assess MRF data for viability in our shopping tool.Additionally, I lead the data implementation of clients utilizing our Pharmacy product. This includes creating and conducting data validation protocols and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of integrated pharmacy data to improve data integrity and usability. I am also maintaining the responsibilities of my previous role (Junior Business Analyst).

In my first year at Healthcare Bluebook, I primarily focused on implementing clients across multiple products. This involved collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of large data feeds from countless vendors. I provided technical guidance and oversight for end-to-end integration testing to ensure data accuracy.

I worked to analyze, develop and identify alumni populations for annual solicitations, appeals and giving campaigns. I also focused on growing the Student Scholarship process through the implementation of a new centralized funds-management system.

I served as the coordinator for the College of Education student scholarship program, including financial oversight and accounting of each foundation fund as it relates to the scholarship program. This program grants the highest amount of scholarship dollars over every other public College of Education in the state. In 2020, we awarded a record-breaking amount of $629,000. Additionally, I revitalized the alumni board at the College of Education to increase alumni engagement. This revitalization included initiatives to engage donors and assess potential donors as we developed event programming. Events included fundraising competitions with rival universities, stewardship opportunities for students, and donor honor roll societies.
