Ashley Mitchell leads the Housing Development and Regeneration team for Gowling WLG. He acts for many of the largest national house builders, dealing with the full range of transactions from serviced sites and mixed use schemes to large scale strategic options and collaboration arrangements.He also has overall responsibility for our plot sales operation, so he continually focuses on our clients' key goal – to maximise profit through swift sales with no fuss.The increasing pressure on housing numbers, improving economic conditions and continuing Government investment have all pushed residential development to the forefront.
