Answering inbound phones calls for Medicare members. Providing explanation of benefits, taking payments, providing provider information, changing providers. Mailing out EOB or Insurance cards. Each call varies per each members needs. At all times we provide understand and empathy with every member. By providing active listening skills and helping each member to our highest standards.

Providing excellent customer service. Checking in route drivers daily. Placing store orders weekly for store and restaurants. Stocking and pulling merchandise daily. Running register, handling money, nightly deposit. Scheduling staff and leading store to be top in our district.

Answering inbound calls for Bank Of America clients regarding their bill pay. Providing solutions for the client regarding payments not received by biller. By reaching out to the biller to confirm account numbers and mailing address, for the payment method issued through the bill pay. Providing details to the client regarding the self service feature, to insure the client is properly scheduling payments to the desire biller. Showing empathy to all clients and being understanding to each and every different situation that arises. Providing a resolution on every call is top priority for every call.

Answer multiple phone calls, setting appointments, using computer to set up repair orders, discussing issues with customers about their vehicle, taking payments, closing accounts, ordering parts, providing excellent customer service

Taking care of resident’s by assisting with daily feedings, bathing, and dressing. Helping with daily activities and assisting them if they need help out there beds into their wheel chairs and or walker. As well as keeping the facility clean throughout the workday.
