As the Assistant General Manager at Amparo Fondita, I’m responsible for ensuring that the daily operations at our Michelin Guide-recognized restaurant run smoothly, from managing a talented team of staff from diverse cultures to maintaining a top-tier guest experience. My role is all about coordination, leadership, and making sure that everything aligns with our community-driven mission. I handle everything from scheduling and inventory management to event coordination and staff development, ensuring that our restaurant’s operations are efficient, and our team members thrive in a collaborative environment.The heart of my role is empowering our staff, who come from a range of backgrounds and experiences, to grow within the organization and deliver exceptional service.
