Administrative Assistant: I have the responsibility to make sure everyone in the office has the necessary supplies and tools they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently. I coordinate and manger the upcoming trade shows for four different companies, Career Step, Panacea, Medic-CE, and ACLS that we will attend throughout the year. Receive, organize, and manage prospective leads from tradeshows, articulate demos, and webinar attendees and work with our sales team to follow up as marketing qualified. I work with the marketing and graphic design team to produce and update marketing tools such as literature, banners, booths, etc. to take to tradeshows, meetings, and present to potential clients. Upload and schedule blogs, webinars, and videos on selected sites.
